• $250 Rebate = 500 - 999 sq. ft. of combined carpet and hard surface
• $500 Rebate = 1,000 - 1,999 sq. ft. of combined carpet and hard surface
• $1,000 Rebate = over 2,000 sq. ft. of combined carpet and hard surface
• Sale runs from March 07, 2023 – April 18, 2023.
• Entries must be postmarked or submitted by May 18, 2023.
• Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
• Rebates will not be honored on any orders that are cancelled.
• Applies only to first quality, current running line styles.
• Does not apply to prior purchases and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Offer is limited to one rebate per household.
• Rebate is issued in the form of an American Express® Reward Card. The American Express® Reward Card can be used at U.S. merchants that accept American Express® Cards. Funds do not expire. No ATM cash withdrawal. Subject to applicable law, a $3.00 monthly service fee will be assessed against the card balance starting six (6) months after Card issuance. Some limitations apply, including restriction on use at cruise lines or for recurring billing. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details. Card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. This Card is issued pursuant to a loyalty, reward, or other promotional program.
